Capture
Shoot one 360 panorama per room and hallway, 8 to 10 feet apart, keeping each point in view of the last.

Upload
Drag the equirectangular JPGs into SpaceCue. Rooms are aligned and the walkthrough is built, usually within an hour.

Copy the unbranded link into your MLS, embed the tour on your site, or send the branded link to buyers.

Run a valuation on the same listing to get a value range, confidence score and comparable sales report.
Capture with the camera you already own
SpaceCue works with 2:1 equirectangular JPGs from one-shot 360 cameras. You do not need a dedicated scanner or a lidar rig.
- Turn on all lights, switch off fans and TVs, open blinds.
- Put away mail, documents and family photos before shooting.
- Missed a room? Upload the extra panorama and it is placed into the existing tour.

Tours are delivered through WebXR, so there is no app to install. The same link opens on a laptop, a phone or a headset browser.

Coverage is U.S. residential property: single-family homes, condos, townhomes and 2–4 unit buildings. Models draw on public and tax records, listing data you provide, and the tour panoramas.
