Estimates you can explain to a seller
SpaceCue blends a comparable-sales model with a hedonic model built on public and tax records. Then it uses the tour itself: room count, finished area and a C1–C6 condition and Q1–Q6 quality read from your panoramas.
- Every estimate lists up to 8 comparable sales with distance, sale date and adjustments.
- Agent edits are versioned, so you can show what changed and why the range moved.
- Results under your confidence threshold are marked for review instead of being shared.
SpaceCue estimates are automated valuations, not appraisals by a licensed appraiser.
Homes are private places. We treat captures that way.
A 360 tour shows every room in someone's home. These are the controls that ship on every plan.
- Encryption
- TLS 1.2+ in transit. Panoramas, floor plans and reports are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
- Roles and access
- Owner, admin, agent and viewer roles. Estimates stay internal until an agent chooses to share them.
- Privacy before publishing
- A pre-capture checklist and a blur tool for photos, documents and screens. Tours can be unlisted or taken down at any time.
- Export and deletion
- Download captures and PDF reports whenever you want. Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- No data resale
- We do not sell your captures, listing details or estimates to third parties.
- Support response
- One business day on Solo, four business hours on Team, and a named contact on Brokerage.
Questions agents ask first
Which cameras can I capture with?
SpaceCue accepts equirectangular 360 panoramas (JPG, 2:1) from one-shot 360 cameras such as the Ricoh Theta Z1, X and SC2 and the Insta360 X5, X4 and X3. Shoot at least one panorama per room and hallway, about 8 to 10 feet apart, with each point visible from the last.
Do buyers need a headset to view a tour?
No. Every tour opens in a desktop or phone browser. Visitors with a Meta Quest 3, Quest 3S, Quest Pro or Apple Vision Pro can tap Enter VR in the headset browser to walk the property at full scale through WebXR.
Is a SpaceCue estimate an appraisal?
No. A SpaceCue estimate is an automated valuation for pricing conversations, listing prep and portfolio review. It is not an appraisal by a licensed appraiser and should not be used as the sole basis for a mortgage credit decision.
How is the confidence score calculated?
Each estimate reports a value range and a 0 to 100 confidence score derived from the forecast standard deviation (FSD) of the model output. Fewer or less similar comparable sales widen the range and lower the score. Estimates below your team's threshold are flagged for manual review.
Can I share a tour on the MLS?
Yes. Each tour has an unbranded link for MLS virtual tour fields, a branded link with your name and contact details, and an iframe embed code for your own website.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export panoramas, floor plans and estimate reports as files at any time. After you close your account, we delete stored captures and reports within 30 days unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
